According to the CDC, scientists are still learning how well the vaccines are preventing people from spreading covid-19 to others. 
CDC GUIDLINES:
If you have tested positive for covid in the past three months and have recovered, you do not need to get tested again or quarantine, as long as no new symptoms develop.If you have been in close contact (within six feet of someone for at least fifteen minutes) who has covid and you have not been fully vaccinated, you must quarantine for 14 days. Wear a mask in public spaces or stay at least six feet away from others.
